I wanted to try out the whole turban trend, but I couldn't convince myself to actually buy one (God knows I don't need to add to the many unworn fabulous possessions I own). Luckily for me I was able to transform my American Apparel twist scarf into a turban. I like the way it came out! Experimenting actually enabled me to get more wear out of this headband. I wonder what else I can do with it. My mom thinks I look super eighties and Shakeem says I look like Tupac, hence the title
