The Coldest Winter

I'm going to ramble a bit so here's the warning….

First off, I can't believe it's been so many days since my last post, life! Between driving long distances, automobile repairs, catching up on all my shows (Walking Dead, Scandal, Once Upon A Time), seeing Solange live (in Boston!) and eating frozen yogurt and homemade brownies…I've been doing everything besides blogging. I just finally got in from Boston and I am exhausted and tomorrow I have two meetings in the city ugh! I went to see Solange last night at the Paradise Rock Club where she sold out and gave one hell of a performance. She did all the tracks from True and a few from her previous album but one of my favorite highlights of the evening was her singing Selena's "I Could Fall In Love". Such a sweet surprise and every girl in the audience loved every minute of it.

For the pass few weeks my "whats in my bag post" some time back, has been receiving a ton of page views so I've been working on a updated post. I've been carrying this bag around with me everywhere and I know you guys are probably tired of seeing it but I love it so much! and I fit a lot of useful good stuff in here, so I can't wait to share it :)

Okay I have so much to do to prepare for what's going to be the longest Thursday of my life so I'll see you guys soon!

I have full intentions of staying warm and cozy this fall/winter.

I open at the close. . .

Closing April celebrating Stefanie, Chanel, Romelo and my grandmother Lillian birthday, eating Easter dinner with family I haven't seen in years, running a 5k for the Revlon Run/Walk for Women's Cancers in twenty nine minutes and eleven seconds, trotting around town in Dolce Vita clogs with my little sister Reyanna, savoring the last few days at this work location before we move to Westhampton, welcoming the blossoming flowers hinting the definite end of cold weather and reflecting on those elegant warm furs I wont be able to wear till next fall.

I'm trying to get more wear out of this jacket before it gets too warm. It was only two months ago when I begged two sales associates and one assistant manager at Zara to hold it for me for four days. Sooooo against the stores policy, but I had to have it. I get so obessive about these things.

Excuse my hair, I've been super lazy about doing it lately, especially since I figured out how I want it cut. That's something I'm very ecstatic about. I'm always coloring and cutting it. About two years ago I cut my hair into a Mohawk and I kinda just let it grow out all weird and it looked really good. Since my hair is super thick it took me years to figure out how to manage it. Personally I prefer shorter hair, so stay tuned for my new cut!!

Last month I won concert tickets on the radio to see a Journey cover band concert Separate Ways along with a fifty dollar gift certificate at Kodiak's Bar & Restaurant. Who better to join me besides my two life partners Lindsay and Maria? Oh my the food was delicious and we got free beers, ha! We had so much fun giggling and carrying on like idiots.
